This publication, presented by "l'Edition d'Art H. Piazza, Paris", is the fac-simile reproduction of the original manuscript of Beethoven's Sonata Appassionata (f minor, opus 57), which belongs to the Library of the Paris Conservatory of Music. Five hundred copies have been printed for France and five hundred for the Beethoven Association of New-York. Das vorliegende Exemplar trägt die Nummer 476. Handwerklich sehr bemerkenswerte Ausgabe. Komplette Nachbildung, einschließlich eines auf dem Spiegel eingeklebten Briefes (note de Baillot fils) und der Eintragung auf dem Vorsatz: Ce m. ss. appartient à mr. Baillot professeur au Conservatoire. Cèdé à la Bibliotheque du Conservatoire en 1889 [...]. Eingebunden in einfachen schwarzen Pappband mit Leinenbandrücken. Spiegel mit montiertem Brieffaksimile, Vorsatz mit Provenienzangabe (siehe oben), 22 Bl. Faksimile, 1 Bl. mit Angaben zur Publikation, Nachsatzblatt. Das Vorsatzblatt am unteren Rand mit kl.
